Amy Johnson Crow’s 52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks sends prompts each week suggesting topics to blog/write about, post an image or a video or audio file and best of all, you don’t have to do it every week, just whenever you are able – which sounds perfect for me! So my version is ‘52 Ancestors in ?’ The ‘?’ to be filled in when I reach #52. I’m not sure how long it will take but I will slowly work my way through the program.

‘Fresh Start’ is the prompt for week one.

My 'start' is this website and blog. I have been thinking about this for some time and after many months of preparing images (that takes more time than I would have thought!), some content (though that is still a work in progress) and the layout and design, it is finally up and running.
